NOSEBAG DELI
Oxford's Newest Deli
As most of us are now wanting to shop local, looking to be more sustainable and to know where our food comes from, it fuelled us to open up our Nosebag Deli and Covid gave us the time to do it.
From local Oxford produce for sale to freshly made vegan croissants, our new Deli offers so much that makes it a must visit whilst in Oxford.
Our restaurant, The Nosebag, was the first independent restaurant to open in central Oxford in 1971. We know our customers very well and have been listening to their feedback of what they would like to see in our New Deli. With this knowledge we contacted lots of local suppliers and filled our deli with the best produce around.
We have a reputation for specialising in vegetarian and vegan, but have always offered a wide range of food. Since all our food is handmade, we have full control over what goes into it, very reassuring for those with allergies or on special diets.
The deli is the same. We have instagramable vegan ice cream available, vegan produce, and vegetarian prepared meals ready for you to pick up and take home. But for non-veggies we have sausages farmed just down the road from us, sausage rolls made fresh that morning, as well as an abundance of cakes and treats.
